What Led You to Become Interested in Perfusion and Can You Describe the Path You Took?

I love healthcare recruitment and leadership. Perfusion is a challenging field and is so important for positive outcomes for patients that it was the next logical step. I began my recruitment career by recruiting college and graduate students and segued into professional recruitment and healthcare. I’ve always been interested in medicine and healthcare from a business perspective. Nearly seven years ago, I began nursing and allied healthcare recruitment and continued to grow my career by recruiting advanced practice providers and leading recruitment teams.
